Commercial terms
After registration in the accounting panel, the restaurant will receive each month a notification in @delivery_management_bot with the report for the previous month: number of orders, restaurant profit, and bot commission.
The bot commission is 20% of the order amount.
The bot commission must be paid from the 1st to the 20th of each month.
To pay the commission, contact @katusha_dream.
Payment is accepted to the Vietnamese account, USDT, or cash at a meeting with Ekaterina. After non-cash commission payment, be sure to send the screenshot to @katusha_dream so the receipt can be marked in the system in time.
If the commission is not paid by the 20th, the restaurant is paused on the 21st and will not be able to accept orders until the commission is paid.
If the restaurant does not pay the commission for the previous month by the end of the current month, the restaurant is automatically disconnected from the bot at the start of the new month.
Reconnection cost: 200,000 VND.
We need to record the commission receipt in the system. If the payment was made to the account at night (after 21:00) on the last day of the month, there may be nobody to mark the receipt - in that case the restaurant is automatically disconnected and an additional reconnection payment must be made.
If the commission debt at the moment of disconnection because of late payment was more than 1,000,000 VND, then when reconnecting the deposit must be increased to half of the debt. For example: a commission debt of 4,000,000 VND means the deposit must be 2,000,000 VND. If your deposit at connection was 500,000 VND, you need to add another 1,500,000 VND.
The deposit is returned in full when cooperation ends after the final commission is paid.
